At Synergy we sell our solar systems primarily through word of mouth. After each solar installation we ask our customers to rate our performance between 1 (poor) and 5 (best) so we can continue to improve. Synergy's goal is to maintain a perfect 5. Our ratings by year have been 4.49 (2008), 4.94 (2009), 4.99 (2010) and 5.0 year to date for 2011.
