Synergy Solar have just completed the installation of our solar PV system to our home in Sebastopol. We could not be happier with Synergy.
Jeff's thoroughness and expertise were evident from his first visit to our home. He analyzed our usage, explained the best system options to us and then presented a written quote within a day or two, complete with payback analysis for the system for both self-financed or SCEIP financed options.
Installation was scheduled for 3 weeks later and was performed by a professional,polite and productive crew over 3 days. Their work was tidy and performed with care, skill and attention to detail.
Best of all....Synergy made a $500.00 donation to our kids' school. How cool is that. |

The system is new and it is still great to check the inverter and see how many KW I produced each day and how many lbs. of carbon emissions I saved the atmosphere.

I am delighted I chose Synergy for my project and would recommend anyone investigating a solar project to speak to them. Jeff was clearly ahead of the other pure sales people who I met with. He was able to explain his suggestions clearly and investigated thoroughly before giving us a proposal. This meant the proposal was individual and considered, not based off Google Earth and theoretical numbers. The install was fast, efficient, tidy, friendly and great communication and follow-up. Five star in every way, except the price which was very competitive. |

We found all of the Synergy employees very personable, friendly, informative and careful. They answered our questions so we could understand everything. Jeff took care of all the permits, PG&E paperwork and it worked very well because we were able to refinance our house which dropped our interest rates so we saved even more money! They worked efficiently and all the work was done in 3 1/2 days. We highly recommend them.

The guys from Synergy did a fantastic job during every aspect of the project. Their attention to detail was far more than I had expected and the quality and appearance of the solar display, racking and the mounting of the inverters and meter couldn't be better. Even though the weather didn't always cooperate, the job was completed in a very timely manner. As far as the financial benefits go, my bill went from $650 to $118 and that's in the middle of winter. I can't wait to see what this system will do in the middle of summer!

I investigated loal companies and asked for several quotes. I chose Synergy because their representative, Jeff Mathias, was non-intrusive )no car salesman) and knowledgeable as well as competitive. Jeff advised upgrading the breaker box and pointed out a few other technical issues. Also included was a connection to a solar water heater installed at the same time. Synergy always stayed in contact by phone or email and confirmed all work executed on my property. It there was a open question, Jeff handled all that with a call or email in no time - the communication was great. The Synergy crew came in and had the installation done in a day. The entire installation was executed as expected and on time. All garbage was cleaned up and the quality of the installation was great. All in all, I have to say it was a great experience to work with Synergy, and I would work with them anytime again. I would like to advise anyone else to look at this company when it comes to solar or other electrical jobs. |
